“STARVING MYSELF, An Intimate Relationship With My Eating Disorder” Like thousands of Canadian women, Jennifer Schramm suffered silently for many years with bulimia, an eating disorder characterized by starving oneself and then binging and purging.

It was a secret that Jennifer, as well as her parents, friends and doctors, didn’t grasp until it had consumed 10 years of her life and almost ruined it.

Today, Jennifer is an Eating Disorder Recovery Coach, who has worked with hundreds of people like herself, with a program she calls The Starving Self™, Learning to Feed Yourself With Love and Affection. In this presentation, Jennifer will talk to us about how she made this remarkable transformation.

Love Your Body

Many of us strive to have the “perfect body”, a body that has been molded by the media and our culture, including magazines, television, advertisements, internet, hollywood, the fashion and cosmetic industry etc. Many of us desperately want our bodies to fit this “perfect body” ideal that has been adopted by society. Somewhere in the process of creating this “perfect body”, many of us have forgotten how or have failed to truly love our bodies.

In this presentation you will learn to transform your relationship with your body by creating more awareness, busting disempowering beliefs, changing perception and learning to hear your bodies cues. You will leave with a fresh new perspective about your body and how you can create a loving, accepting and trusting relationship with it.
