For nearly 20 years, I have worked as a registered counsellor, and over time my work has expanded to include the different approaches and offerings you’ll find here.
Throughout my career, I have supported individuals and groups navigating eating disorders, cancer, anxiety, depression, low self-worth, and major life transitions. I have worked with individuals, private groups, organizations, and corporate settings, but what matters most to me has always been creating spaces where people feel safe enough to be real.
Today, people often come to me because they are longing to connect with themselves in a deeper way. They want support in moving through fear, shame, self-judgment, and old patterns so they can feel grounded, alive, at peace, and connected to the truth of who they really are.
Who I am in this work has been shaped not only by professional training, but by my own healing journey. I know what it is like to live with anxiety, perfectionism, self-doubt, painful relationship experiences, and the inner pressure to be more or do more. I have also known what it is to lose myself and slowly find my way back. Each experience has deepened my compassion, humility, and capacity to sit with others in a real and meaningful way.
As I have learned to support myself with more honesty and kindness, I have also grown in my ability to support others. My work continues to evolve, informed by both lived experience and ongoing training.
Some of the foundations of my work include::
Registered counsellor (RPC)
Compassionate Inquiry practitioner (trained by Gabor Maté)
FEEL (Facilitated Equine Experiential Learning) Facilitator
Integrative coach (trained by the Ford Institute)
Training in somatic experiencing
Skilled in plant medicine integration
Student of A Course in Miracles
Reiki Master
among others
Over the years, I have come to see that healing does not happen through force or perfection. It happens through presence, honesty, compassion, and a willingness to gently meet ourselves where we are. Horses, nature, community, and deep inner work have all become meaningful parts of both my own healing and the way I support others.
I believe our lives are always inviting us into deeper growth, truth, and a more loving relationship with ourselves. The learning never really ends.
